I am new to the Maryland area, and was looking for a good hair stylist place to haunt. I came upon Roxys, and feel in love with it at first sight! It is in a commerical house, not a shopping center, so you feel at home. I had a cough and they fixed me a hot tea while I was getting my hair done. They were attentative and talkative so I did not feel awkward being in a new spot. They also have plenty of parking, and good hours that are convenient for everyone. I am definitely coming back again!
