I have been going to Sam's close to 25 years and never got such poor service, such a mediocre cut, nor was treated with such indifference as I was today. The barbers spent more time playing with their smart phones, chatting amongst themselves, and generally ignoring me as several customers got taken back ahead of me, even though I was there before they were than I have ever experienced in the barber shop. My barber spent as much time cutting hair as downing his energy drink. By the time he got a razor in his hand to shave my neck I was seriously considering not allowing him to use it on me. And, to top it off, he just assumed that I didn't want any change. If Mark is not there, the place is proving to be a substandard barber shop. Sorry, I won't go back. Twenty five years must be enough patronage as far as they are concerned.
Love this place. They only take cash, but they have an ATM in the store and there is a Wells Fargo in the same shopping center. Everyone who works there is really nice and you get a great haircut every time.
Sam is the only guy I know who cuts my hair to my satisfaction consistently. If I want a little tweak to something when he's done, he obliges with a smile. He has over 30 years of experience which means that sometime in the next 10 years he will probably retire. I'll have to start searching for a great barber again when that day comes.
they all do a great job. Don't shy away from the women, they do a great job too on my and my sons' hair!
Danny cuts hair well and is always busy!!
