I've been going here since 2008... nothing but pristine service. I've never left unhappy... they always try to make things right. Ivy is the best nail artist I've had in a loooooong time... Anthony is amazing and Holly the sweetest. Mama best pedicure in the state.
I don't know that I even want to give any stars for my experience. I am pretty sure she used a cheese grater during my pedicure. There is polish all over my cuticles but missing from spots on my nails. Their polish color choices were a lot of sparkles and various cheap brands of the same bad colors. It didn't look like they they were particularly concerned with cleanliness either.
TERRIBLE! The nail tech did not communicate well, he started doing gel nails when I asked for Acrylic. Then when I said i didn’t want gel, it took me three times to get him to understand by this time he had one coat of gel on my nails and had to file it off. Then the French tips were all different sizes and were all CROOKED! (Wait it gets worse) He was talking on the phone while doing my nails. On top of the crooked mismatched nails the fill was milky and VERY old, goopy and used causing ugly bubbles in the manicure. By the end of this i was left with bruised cuticles and nails that looked like they had leprosy. TO top it off he charged me for his mistake of the gel nails. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will never be back.
