I have had fine experiences here in the past (they've never been phenomenal, but never bad), but the last time I got my nails done here was such a bad experience I will not be returning. The nail tech screwed up one of my nails, and in his effort to fix it actually made it much worse. Instead of just starting over, he spent half an hour filing, painting and just screwing around. A week later all of my nails are peeling off and chipping, and I'll have to go get them fixed somewhere else a week sooner than I should have to.
Absolutely great service! The people there are super-friendly and they did a great job on my nails. Laine took care of me and she is constantly full of smiles and very nice and she did an excellent job on my nails for my wedding and my wedding party!
I felt rushed and my nail tech was very unfriendly ..... My nail was messed up and cracked with the gel before I left .... She saw it but didn't say anything and when I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes!.... Never again will I pay for over priced nails and terrible service.
