This location is consistently understaffed. The stylists do a very nice job, but I think it's unreasonable to wait 50+ minutes to be seated for a haircut. I've kept going back because of the quality of the haircut, but after todays wait, we won't be back.

The worse customer service ever... Girl who was helping me, Stephanie or something - straight long blond hair, had such a bad attitude. She doesn't know how to treat her customers. Seriously, I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or that's just the way she is, but no customer should be treated the way I was treated. I usually go to Hair Cuttery in Hunt Valley, but wanted to check this place out, but I had it enough with one time.
