I find my treatments for hair removal to be going very well. The staff is always friendly. I did find two practitioners to be inconsistent, so I asked not to be placed with them again. I have one woman I like to do my treatments, so I schedule with her exclusively now. I am happy with the level of hair loss so far, and the price was more than fair compared to the other laser hair removal locations in my area. They always call to remind me of an appointment, and I have never had trouble reaching them to ask a question. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting hair removal treatments.

the worst place could ever have laser with. they are not expert what so ever. I used to go to this laser clinic where I used to live and hair did not grow back till the end of the 4 weeks period between sessions. I had to change the clinic due to my relocation and I see no benefits. I actually think that I am harming my skin that I have ti shave the hair every 2 days when it should not grow until the next session. bottom line, do not ever go there. if you have some money, the pay it for a worthy treatment which is defiantly not the American Laser skin care. and by the way, there is no estheticians in the clinic, and the nurses are just afraid all the time of increasing the power. they do not know how to deal with darker skin tone. so if you are a lady of color, that is not the place you want to go to.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS AMERICAN LASER CLINIC IN TOWSON. YOU NEED TO TRY IT FIRST BEFORE GRABBING AND SIGNING ALL PROMOTIONAL TRATMENT PACKAGE THAT THEY OFFER, BECAUSE ONCE YOU SIGNED IT THERE'S NO WAY TO BACKING OUT! AS MY EXPERIENCED FOR THE FIRST TREATMENT THAT I GOT I WASNT HAPPY AT ALL. I CALLED THE OFFICE TO CANCELED MY SUCCEDING TREATMENT BUT THEY SAID I ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT SO EVEN IM NOT HAPPY AND DISSATISFIED I HAVE TO PAY THE PAYMENT PLAN THAT I SIGNED WITH THEM.. SEE HOW GREEDY THEY ARE.. NOW I HAVE NO CHOICE JUST GO TO THE CLINIC AND FINISH MY TREATMENT BUT ANOTHER SAD THINGS, AFTER MY 3 MICRODERMABATION AND 3 PEELS .. NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY FACE IT'S STILLTHE SAME THE SCARS AND TEXTURE OF MY SKIN. SO FOR MY ADVISE DONT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE CLINIC THEY ARE AFTER TO YOUR MONEY BUT NOT THE SERVICE AND SATISFACTION OF THE PATIENTS.

After the one that i went to closed down, I decided to try this place. I had minimal hair growth after my previous place destroyed most of it. This place has so many problems. First, it doesn't work, and actually made my hair growth worse. Second, it's a rip off. I got quoted a price, then when i came in the owner did my treatment and hiked up the price saying I didn't get charged for an area I wanted treated. Went from $1300 to $2000 for my facial area. Third, it's painful and leaves marks. It burns and leaves red marks that turned to scabs on my face. It looks like you were picking your acne! And third, they aren't customer friendly, and they have major staff turn around.

Save your time and money. I have been to American Laser in SanDiego, and Denver, and now, Towson. And all 3 centers have been unprofessional and inconsistent w/ their treatments. If I hadn't paid for my package up front, I probaby would've ended treatments awhile ago. Once my package expires this winter I have no intentions of going back. I have had only moderate results for the money I paid. And treatments for any given area seem to vary so much from treatment to treatment based on whoever is performing it. For instance, sometimes I will have 20 laser passes on my armpits, sometimes 5. Staff operating the lasers, while usually friendly, lack consistency. Seems to me turnover in these centers is high, so training is probably the big problem. Sure, I should speak up and demand that I get lasered more if I want, but feel that I shouldnt' have to, that the staff will know what they are doing.
