If I could put a negative amount of stars, I would. My mother and I went to get a mani-pedi a week ago. To make the story short, my experience was awful. I asked the lady that was working on my fingers to round my nails. The lady that I had filed my nails at an angle, pointing one side and rounding the other on both of my thumbs. The other nails were a variance of shapes and lengths and were all around jacked up. They also used nail files that were not brand new (that is against the rules). I came in with my nails in good shape and long, and she filed my thumb down so far that it was a nub and felt uncomfortable. For my toe nails, she simply chopped them down without filing. She barely scrubbed my feet. There was also NO massage on my hands or my feet. She simply got lotion and basically patted my hands and feet and told me to wash it off. Please DO NOT waste your time or money at this place. The customer service was absolutely deplorable, and if I had Doc and Marty a flux capacitor and the DeLorean, I would go back in time and stop myself from going to this terrible terrible place. Abhorrent, atrocious, deplorable, just BAD!

i'm so disgusted. got my eyebrows done here. terrible, terrible mistake. at first, one eyebrow was higher than the other. i made the lady redo them, and i ended up with eyebrows that are the same width from end to end. no shape to my eyebrows...i look like a clown. the lady offered to do some more work on them, but i refused to let her touch them anymore.

An average nail place. Wide variety of colors to pick from, they charge for cut down but their prices aren't bad. It depends on who does your nails too- the first time I was rushed through the fill, the second time came out beautiful and I even got a massage! Not bad, not bad!
