Smdh, long wait along with horrible service. Not only are there only 3 people working there on a Saturday, they're slow and not very good at all. On two occasions after a fill-in my gel nail broke they very next day. My last trip there.... When I noticed the nail technician was doing a bad job shaping and filing my nails, I pointed it out and tried to tell him how I wanted them done to prevent them from looking a mess. He said, "I know I know" and continued to file my nails until my fingers were damn near bleeding. I had to stop him during the fill in and not let him finish. I walked in with nails and walked out with nubs. They looked horrible. I ended up going to another shop to have them repaired with a full set.
Horrible customer service. Had me waiting for 10 minutes and was not busy. Definitely not coming back.
This place sucks!!! They dont take their time to ensure the quality of their work is top notch!! I asked for a design on my toes after my pedicure and the guy sucked his teeth and put on the ugliest design - looked like a kindergartener did it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I think Star nails is a good nail company
