my sister went to this place and hair was beautiful. Unfortunately the lady who did her hair, ripped her off completely(her hair was later damaged)!! My sister got her perm done before her hair cut then had to get another perm done and the total was around $200. -and unfortunately she just told me this a week ago. I went to this place in the summer for a haircut and my got botched! the lady showed me a picture of what i wanted and she didn't even do it claiming it wouldn't look right, so instead she gave me a five year old's bob cut :(. I went back in the middle of the school year to get it fixed ( trimmed and curled) and she ruined it again. i just wanted my curls defined (shiny, smoother) I walked in with my hair straightened and she claimed she couldn't do it because i had relaxer in my hair ( which i never had before) so she said she could just give me a blow dry and straightening job. So when she washed my hair it obviously came out curly, but no she still disagreed(and the whole time I was there the young girls kept arguing about their personal issues)-the moral of the story is I'm an idoit -.-
