The previous owners were AMAZING. Great quality, friendly, and personable. HOWEVER, last week was my first visit since the new management came in. I had a new set put on. They didn't go to the cuticle, the nails are extremely thick, they did NOT place any cuticle oil on, and the paint is chipping. The people working there did not interact at all with the customers, also when a gentleman that was in there getting a pedi done TRIED he was blatantly ignored. A woman came in unsatisfied with her chipping polish and they treated her like a burden. Mind you I was in there on a Thursday morning and was the only customer there for 20+ minutes. I also had my brow done while I was there. While the job was done well as far as the shaping and trimming of my brow, the chapped red skin as an after effect was not to my liking. I've never had my brows done and NOT had some form of oil/lotion/Vaseline placed on my irritated skin after. Honestly I've had better customer service and quality from Walmart when I've been in need of an emergency repair. And that's saying something as Walmart's nail salon is NOT known for quality by any means. Needless to say that until there is a change I will not be going back and now I'm forced to find a new place.
