THE WORST pedicure of my life. This was my first time there. I was greeted by two of them arguing with each other. She was rushed the whole time working on my feet and missed like half the steps. A pedicure should take longer than 15 minutes. I had also asked for a manicure- when we went over to her table she looked at me and said "Do you really a manicure?" Because there was others waiting that she wanted to get to. I will never go there again.

I went in around 6:30pm on a Wednesday and i was helped immediately. I had come in for Acrylics and the woman who did my nails was talkative and listened to what i wanted and asked to make sure i liked what they looked like before she went any farther. The atmosphere was light and my nails look amazing! I would most definitely return here and also highly recommend!

I can't believe this salon received a poor rating. i have been here many times and it is always very clean, low wait time and staff are friendly and do great work. my acrylics rarely fall off and always look amazing. also had my first pedicure there this evening and it was the best i've had. my tech used gloves, removed my tools from a sanitizer and disinfected the tub before using. pedicure was completely relaxing. i would highly recommend this salon!

First off the people are very friendly and at first I really liked the place because of this fact, HOWEVER, the quality of their work for nails is very poor! My nails started peeling and one even cracked after the first few days I had them. But what really bothered me is that I had also gotten a pedicure, when I was finished a group of people came in just after, they did NOT clean their equipment and proceeded to use same on the next person. GROSS! (same for the nail tools) I came back a week later to get them repaired (which they never did fix and nails are again coming off) and filled. I had TWO people working on my nails, the first person a gentleman, did the filing of the old nails , he nicked me several times and caused bleeding (nice to do with tools that weren't cleaned!), then a girl came to do the actual nail, I told them both that they nails were peeling in places and they were not repaired, once the nails were finished the gentleman proceeded to file them again, note the tools have yet to be cleaned, nicking me again. Same person also did a HORRIBLE job on painting a french manicure, nails looked lopsided because of this. Took me almost 2 hours to removed the horrible nail painting, did they use real paint! sheesh! Overall the nails looked terrible, you can see the filing lines which I have never seen before in any acrylic nail set that I've had, and I've had several, They didn't file my real nails down so that dirt and things get stuck between the real nail and the acrylic. I do not recommend them, even if they are extremely friendly and cheap (quality shows), their work is terrible, their equipment/tools unsanitary.

I am very impressed with JV nails. The place is fairly well decorated incomparison to most nail shops. The people are very friedly and doewn to earth. Their prices are extremely fair!
