Do not go here. I was here last Friday with a bridal party and got a pedicure and shellac. Today (5 days later) my shellac is peeling at the tips and it changed from pink to a light orange color... I'm assuming that the lady who did my nails had me keep them under the UV light too long. In addition to the crappy nail job, 5 hours after I got my nails done I put on normal shoes and it ruined all of my polish... how is this even possible? No idea. Just save yourself some time and money and don't go here. Oh, and I want to add that one of the men working there should be fired for inappropriateness. He was texting while doing my mom's nails (cutting without paying attention is really bad), he asked my friend if she normally takes off her wedding ring when she goes to the bar (WHAT?!) and asked the bride why she wasn't marrying Vietnamese.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this plave no matter what anyone says there trying t be friendly and start convos. There nice people and always ALWAYS do a great job! there place is the cleanest and most open and nice nail slaon/spa ive seen! also CHEAP
Love it. SUPER clean and open and modern looking. By far the best place I've ever gone. They have a ton of really nice massage chairs (think I counted 17), it would be great for big parties like weddings, etc. Everyone was very friendly and I got the best pedi I've ever had. Can't beat the price either, $25, but bring your cash, they aren't able to put tips on debit/credit.
The nail tech who did my nails was SO rude to me. I will not be going back! She is the manager of the place and wouldn't know good customer service if it bit her in the butt! Also, people in customer service should not be speaking in a foreign language to each other constantly - it feels like you are in a "Seinfeld" episode being talked about constantly....
