sara cut my hair and it is horrible. the worst cut I've had in a long time. i asked for a trim and she cut inches off, the layers are horrible and it's all different lengths. So now i can either cut it shorter or leave it a mess. thanks a lot :(

I went back to this location after Jenna gave me a good haircut a couple months ago. I didn't know what I wanted and after some odd consultation with Sara (Sarah), I decided I wanted some funky pink parts. I spent $90 on very fine highlights of pink with all over darker brown hair. I really could've done this myself out of a box for less than $20. I tried calling the manager who is Sara to explain my disappointment but was given the old "it's our pricing". No apology, no "what can we do to fix it?". I understand that salons charge more for this sort of thing, but with as short as my hair is, it's crazy to ever spend that kind of money for what I got. I'll never go back to a HairMasters again.

My hairdresser of 15 years moved so I had to start over. I met Sara a year ago and am so happy with her. The cut, color and the "shot" of conditioning she gives me have made my hair sooo soft. What a fun personality she has!! I love trying new products too and Hairmasters is always coming up with new products. Change is hard but is also good...

I went in a few weeks ago.... Sorry for the delay. Chopped like 11 inches off I was obviously nervous to try a new look but Sarah the manager was absolutely awesome! She was so personable and kind! Took extra time to style and dry my hair to ensure I left happy. I have read the other reviews and seems people use this to complain more than anything. But trust me I am extremely picky and couldn't have had a better experience. So in all thank you Sarah I will definitely be back for a trim!

i love the girls here! they're great, but when i found out the manager carrie had left it made me soo sad!! they wouldn't even tell me where she went :( luckily i didnt' have to go far. i found her at shear salon across the street! woopwoop! went to see her and love my hair (as usual!)
