Very unprofessional! I went for a mother daughter spa day. spending over $235 for two body wraps that were far from nice! cold room cold table. They listed in the brochure that while you wrapped in a "cocoon" you would be able to decide if you'd like a foot massage or facial massage. Did not receive either. They made lame excuses on why they didnt provide us with the full service! I was absolutely shocked at the service it was given. I work in a salon & day spa myself as a stylist and also at a chiropractic office as a massage therapist. This would be unacceptable at either of my jobs!
I found Elements Day Spa online and saw that it had several positive reviews. I did The Ladies Favorite package and my husband did a 60 minute massage. We both had a great time and would definitely do it again as an annual treat. The prices are reasonable and the ladies there were very friendly and helped to make for a wonderful day. Thank you!
Elements is my FAVORITE day spa. The staff is wonderful. Jenny is my massage therapist and she is GREAT, but I have had others as well and they are all good. Facials are awesome. Pedicures are a luxury! Not your average pedicure!! Everything they do is top notch and the prices are very, very reasonable.
