It was just an over all bad experience while she was washing my hair she seemed to be in a rush. She was very rough poking and jabbing me with her fingers. She was also wearing this shirt with droopy sleeves that was touching my face the whole time. Then we sat at her station and ahe asked questions like what do I want done and stuff like that but was cutting me off every time I got a word out. She didn't care about anything but getting her job done and quick. She cut and blow dried my hair. The cut was fine since I just got my ends trimmed but she burned my head with the dryer then giggled about it and said haha the brush got stuck. I didn't find it funny. And finally at check out it coated $30 to be there less then 30 minutes and its a $30 minimum unless you want to leave with dirty wet hair. no thanks. She gave me 3 $20s and a $10 as change and I wasn't tipping her $10 so I didn't tip.
Check-in online to reduce your wait-time...because it can be busy, but the service is always prompt and my hair looks good!
