Tonya is great and all the staff are nice an friendly
They do a good job on hair, very pricey. They are rude (very snobby) & so are they're regular customers. I was getting my hair done before I went on vacation & I had been tanning so as not to get burned on vacation. I had a very dark tan, I like tan. The OWNER of the salon had a customer in a chair next to me doing her hair & when they saw me & how dark I was they continued to talk about how horrible it looks when people get that tan. They were saying it right in front of me. That was the whole conversation the whole 2hrs that I was there. Had I not had chemicals in my hair at the time I would have walked out. I thought that was the rudest thing I had ever witnessed, especially because the owner herself was doing it too. I will never be back!
I was referred to the salon by a friend and had been looking for a new place in town since I am newer to Michigan. I came in with a picture of the style I wanted and the girl did a good job, the cut didnt look anything like what I wanted, but it was really cute so it was fine. I tried scheduling an appointment for a trim afterward and you would have throught I was trying to solve world peace; they close early at whim with no notice and the availability of the girl that cut my hair is beyond limited. I really liked the girl but I won't go back just because it's so hard to make an appointment!
