The older lady with the blonde hair needs fired. She has no idea how to cut hair! I asked her for lots of layers and I had long beautiful hair and now I have a hack job. She was taking huge hunks of my hair and just cutting it I have no parts that are even at all it looks like a toddler cut hunks out of my hair! I'm very disappointed I can't even put my hair in a bun anymore....
This place is a joke. The stylist lack the capacity to layer hair right. They only know how to cut they dont follow what the customer wants. I had hair past my butt and told them that i wanted layers but keeping the length. Since i've been to Cosmetology School and graduating in a couple of months i knew EXACTLY what i wanted and they FAILED to give it to me. They gave me long layers instead of short layers and they didnt even get it even. Now im forced to wear a ridiculous hair style that i cant even put in a bun anymore. If you treasure your hair and value the way you look. None the less where your money is going NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! ANY OF THEM! They cut over half of my length off. I knew i was going to lose some of my length but not to my shoulders.
