Absolutely loved it! I went in for a full body massage with Pat at the Standale location and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. Pat was very pleasant and asked me if there were certain areas I wanted her to concentrate on. I was made to feel extremely relaxed and at ease. I enjoyed the warmed sheets, low lighting, spa music and oils that she used. Pat was very professional and devoted the entire hour to making this experience so perfect for me. I also appreciated the fact that she was very quiet, allowing me to concentrate on the awesome job she was doing. I will definitely be back again soon.
I do not mind spending the money for great highlights... however i do mind spending a lot on horrible coloring. I went in to get some caramel highlights and they turned out awful. Yellow in some spots, orange in others, and black roots all over my head. I went back to get it fixed, something I have never done before. Their "Style Director" was the next person to see me, and I left there looking worse!!!! The yellow and orange spots were even more visible and I looked like a joke! I went home and dyed it dark brown after that and prayed my hair wouldn't fall out! I have never been so dissappointed with hair services in my life and will NEVER visit this salon again!
