My name is Cliff Tompkins and I am a Cosmetologist. I have been in practice and on my own for quite some time and have seen something from every coalition that is both good and bad! As a professional, I have one purpose and that is your hair and the beauty potential. At times, it can be hard to believe that some things may work for you but not for me, I try to weigh in with optimism and sometimes come up short ;why? Honest communication without hidden signals seems to be a thing of the past in which I try to exercise with forward "optimism". I don't care who did what to your hair, I want to know what you owe to your hair and is this beautiful?! What do you do for your hair?!!! There are many many factors in building beauty which may require a "relationship" and my idea of a "relationship" starts with honesty. I know many ugly people and I know many beautiful people and many outward and many inward and of course vice versa.
