fiancee went in to get her hair dyed for the wedding, ended up leaving with wet, bad looking hair. once it dried she realized how bad the damage was, blonde spots the size of dimes all over the back of her head and patches of un-dyed black hair (weeks before our wedding).she went in and asked for a refund (the so called salon worker said she would fix anything) but my fiancee wasn't going to risk more damage, after waiting a week to get the refund only a small portion was refunded because the employee decided that since she offered to redo it and her services were rejected, that a partial refund seemed fair. hands down worse experience, would not recommend unless you want to leave looking like a cheetahs butt (on a side note she did go to expressions salon on broadway and had it fixed and walked out with dry, styled hair)
I always go to The Hair Place. I bring my kids here too and we really like it. I highly recommend it.
