This was my first time here and I stopped in for a gel polish manicure, after another salon I had tried told me there was a 30 minute wait. I was greeted right away and my service started right after I picked out my colors. I left unhappy with my service and realized once I got into my car that my nails were still jagged on the edge from being filed with a very rough nail file. The nails were also not filed in even lengths leaving me with 1 nail incredibly long compared with the rest of my very short nails, and they were filed into a very oval/round shape. I could also see where the polish was not completely adhered to my nails as well. I called the salon, I was on my way to work after my appointment, and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what I was unhappy about and she said I could come and have them fixed. I told her I was leaving for vacation and did not have time to come back, nor did I want to. She said she could give me a $15 credit towards any service. I said it's likely the polish is going to peel off and I will need to have them done on vacation after I just spent $30 with your salon, I'd rather have my money credited back to my card. She said if the polish comes off I can call and she will give me a voucher for $30 towards a gel polish service. I said I won't be coming back and would appreciate a credit to my bank account, in which she responded that they do not do refunds. I said okay I will not be returning to your salon. She said okay and hung up the phone. I filed and reshaped my nails myself when I got home, and hopefully the polish will hold up during my vacation, but it is safe to say I will never step foot in that salon or recommend it to anyone.

Got my hair highlighted with hair cut there at the Salon and very pleased! Loved my hair afterwards and plus they gave me a deal. They also had their admin run out and grab lunch for me while my hair was in the process of being foiled. I also go there for my eyebrows waxed every month and had tried their massage service as well and was very pleased!

I've been going to Q Nails for over 10 years. I get professional service from the friendly staff, and I've never been disappointed in the results. Great for manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylic nails.

What a wonderful experience! I showed up right when they were planning to close and the ladies there were so sweet and took care of me. I felt pampered while one tech worked on my mani and another on my pedi. My nails look great and the service was spectacular!

They do good work. But there pricing is never consistent which really ticks me off
