While traveling this past weekend, I attempted to call and make an appointment on 4 different occasions. They never answered the phone. Upon stopping in to schedule an appt, I confirmed the phone number and could only get 3 hours later than I had hoped. When I called back to cancel the appt, a male voice answered without identifying the business. When I asked for clarification, he said "What do you want?". Attempted to walk-in the following morning 30 minutes after they opened, and I was told to come back in 30 min. Returned about 40 minutes later hoping I had allowed ample time to finish with the previous set of customers. I was told again to come back in 30 minutes. The male employee was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I travel to Bemidji 1-2 times per year, so had my experience been a positive one, I would have returned in the future. Not only will I never return, but I will dissuade my family and friends in the area from patronizing this business. In a service industry, one would expect to have people not only willing to serve potential customers but also desiring business from anyone that walked in the door. Unfortunately, this was not what I experienced.
