Never had a problem. Always notified if I was going to wait. I ask first. Most people just sit down. If their is a wait, I am seated right away when I come back at the time I was told. Hair looks good too.
Very disappointed in an oblivious staff. When I arrived, I was told it would be just a few minutes. There were
two women waiting to have their eyebrows waxed and one man having his hair cut, and one little girl. Four hairdressers were present. The man soon was finished and left. Then another female customer arrived. The little girl was finished ten minutes later, just before the waxing on the two women were completed. Two other male customers arrived. The female customer that arrived after me was taken ahead of me. I did not complain. Then one of the male customers was taken ahead of me. One of the hairdressers went outside the front, the other into the back. After a total of waiting 45 minutes I left, I have no need for your services as you obviously have no need of mine.
