Just love it. I stopped in one day without an appointment having no idea what kind of reaction I would get. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff member. Heidi is the stylist that did my hair that day. She gave me a wonderful hair cut and I came back (with an appointment this time) for a foil. Again, fabulous results. I have finally found a salon that I love and intend to continue going to Kai for a long time.

I have been going to Kai for a number of years and always look forward to going. I love the decor and the little head/neck massage when getting started. Jewells, my stylist is fabulous and always has great ideas. I love that they have a small clothing line and jewelry to look at while waiting for color to set. They have great products and great service - I highly recommend it!

I love this place! I have been a faithful customer for a few years now. Everyone is welcoming, they greet you with a warm towel and lotion for your hands, and a drink (coffee, tea, water, pop) and the wait time is not long. Kim is my hairstylist and she is great! She listens to what I want and makes suggestions that are helpful and money-saving. I've also been to other stylists for bangs trimming and eyebrow waxing. The decor is cool, inviting, and relaxing, and I would recommend anyone to go!

Terrible place. Cold, literally and figuratively. Went in for a trim and all over color, which you'd think would be easy enough even for the least experienced stylist. Walked in with auburn hair, walked out with half black and half dark brown hair (I asked to go a shade darker in the same color family). Stylist let me sit in the chair for well over 40 minutes, which seemed longer than usual but I trusted she knew what she was doing... oh and did I mention, she didn't even put a smock on me and spilled hair dye on my pants I had worn literally once? When I called back to inquire about fixing my hair and share my frustrations about the ruined pants, I was put on hold immediately without apology or any sort of apathy, then told they needed to call me back. They agreed to fix my hair, but never offered to pay me back for the ruined pants until I insisted... they told me to bring in my reciept and the pants... I don't know about you but who keeps a reciept for a pair of pants they intend on keeping? And the pants, well they went into the garbage because they were ruined. Whatever, I won't be going back there... they seemed immature and lack any business sense, which I'd be careful if I were them, I was there on a Saturday and they were FAR from being booked...must tell you something....
