I won't be going back. I left with polish on my skin from my pedicure and air bubbles on my finger nails from a french manicure. Are you kidding me, that's manicure/pedicure basics!! I could have done it better myself!
After a pedicure here, I ended up in the hospital with an infection. After an investigation by the Board of Cosmetology, Forever Nails was fined for 20 serious health code violations, including the use of porous material on several customers, unclean foot baths and screens, and lack of hospital-grade disinfectant. Two of my nurses had also suffered from infections after pedicures at this location.
This is the most pampered I have felt in years. Forever Nails & Spa is high end pampering for a poor woman's budget. They keep your own nail tools/supplies in a personal case filed under your own ID #. The work these ladies perform on your calves down to your toes is worth a Big Tip - you can afford it after all the money you save. This shop is a hidden gem nestled in quaint downtown Chaska.
