I've been going to Happy Nails since they opened. I always have the best experience and leave feeling like a queen.. The artistry is superior. I receive compliments for weeks on design. My nails always look great, even grown out and needing a fill.

The nail professionals do an excellent job. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The prices are competitive. The quality is top of the the line for nail service. You will for sure be happy with your nails.

They have a crazy man working there. Long story short he made a mistake in my charge after cupon and went ballistic at me because I should have told him what to charge. I was concentrated on the TV and gave the guy, whihc was extremely rude during my manicure to begin with, my credit card. He had realized he did not charge correctly for the pedicure and when he told me the final amount after cupon I just said OK. He got in my face yelling and cursing. He could not stop attacking me, the other ladies had to calm him down and put him in the back and he still came out to yell more. The owner said "sorry that is the way he is" ... Well last time I checked that is not the way to treat a customer. Have informed the BBB and the police.

2 guys who work there are very rude and this is all I can say. I had bad experiences and I would never go back there again. I normally got a gel medicure and I always got it done by a guy who was the owner's brother. The last time I was there I got convinced by him to have the gel medicure as usual but I refused because the whole process was painful especially when removing the old colors off because he didn't care if that machine would hurt my fingers or not. I kept convincing me to do it but I insisted "NO" for the gel manicure and this made him angry. He put regular nail color for me bby using the color he picked as he claimed it was a good one. Turned out 3 hours later it was still wet and I could easily removed it off by tissue papers. I knew it right away it was some kind of revenge. I will never go back there agin. Bad experiences that I will never forget. Nice place, good prices, always packed but RUDE staff!

My sisters and I love to get together and go to Happy Nails for pedicures. Their basic pedicure gets you alot compared to other nail salons in the area. For $20, it includes a great leg/foot massage and hot towels! You can't beat that! The family is very nice and do a great job!
