I love this place! I have been coming here for 4 years and have always loved my results. I have seen many girls here for different things and liked them all. Besides getting Botox and laser hair removal I am getting tightening on my stomach. They have a lot of specials too which is great because I want to do it all. ;)

This salon is disreputable. I purchased a Skinceuticals product (CE Ferulic?) and thought it wasn't working very well. Then a facialist used it on me, and I realized it was supposed to to be thicker and green - the bottle I got from this spa contained watered down product - some of the staff had been using this stuff, topped it off with water, and then sold it to me! DO NOT GO HERE. Go to a real dermatologist's office and get treated by a reputable office.

I bought a living social deal for laser hair removal. When I called, the people were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I purchased 1 deal for 3 laser hair removal sessions. They told me that it takes most people about 3-6 sessions to seek the results they want. After my third treatment, I was offered to buy 3 more sessions at the same price I paid, so I bought 3 more. Angela the technician, is a sweetheart and she was very gentle and kind. I have nothing bad to say about the customer service that I received here. Angela is friendly, sociable, kind, and caring, the receptionist is friendly and social...HOWEVER, I was told during my treatments that not to worry by my 6th treatment, I should be almost completely bare (bikini area). Every time, I got a treatment, it would seem as though there was less hair, but by the 6th week, when I returned for my next visit, it also appeared as though much of it had grown back. I was continuously reassured that results would happen. I did 6 treatments, and it's now a few months later, and I would say the laser hair removal did next to nothing. I am sooooo disappointed that I spent the amount of money that I did ($300) on something that didn't even come close to working. I have to say that I think the whole laser hair thing here is a complete joke and I would NOT recommend it to a friend.

I got a Crowd Cut coupon for discounted Botox. I was very nervous when Crowd Cut wouldn't let me print my coupon. The receptionist told me not to worry that they would take a copy of my credit card receipt showing the purchase, which they did. I managed a MedSpa in Los Angeles a few years back and hadn't had anyone I didn't know administer my Botox. I was a little scared to try someone I didn't know off a coupon. Angela did a fantastic job! I had given her notes from my nurse in LA that did my prior treatments and she followed it exactly! I had my Botox done a week ago and it looks fabulous :O) I would refer anyone to go see Angela, she definetely knows what she's doing!

I recently went to Angela at Begin With You Skin Medspa to have lazer hair removal. I was a little nervous about the whole process since I have never had any lazer done in the past. Angela made me feel very welcome, answered all my questions with great knowledge, and calmed all my nerves. My results are fantastic, and I highly recommend seeing Angela for your skin care needs.
