Brought in a picture of a short bob, wanted it tapper in the back, came out with a short shag cut that I cannot manage, have semi curly hair and with the short shag is sticks out all over. They need people that listen to what customers want.

Cole's Salon off Cliff is a wonderful (I believe Aveda Concepts) salon. I have been going for over four years. The front desk staff are always extremely kind, and every artist I have seen has been great. My favorite stylist is Lauren Wells. I have been going to her for over three years. She is an amazingly talented person. I have NEVER walked out of the salon dissatisfied with any part of my hair. For that, I am very grateful.
Full disclosure, I date a hair-stylist here, but my experience with the salon has been awesome as well beyond that. I have had a couple different stylists and each was competent and their attitudes were great. Love this place, the vibes, and the wonderful people that work here.
I have been going to Janessa for over a year. She is great! The whole staff is always friendly.
