VERY VERY UNSANITARY!!! I received a pedicure here and a few days later when I got out of the shower my feet began to burn and itch. I went to the doctors only to find out that I had athletes foot! He asked if I had recently gotten a pedicure and then went on to explain how a lot of nail salons don't properly clean the foot baths so it's just a cesspool other people's feet, dead skin, and bacteria. Definitely make sure a salon has great sanitary practices before going. Lesson learned the hard way.
