I pondered whether or not to write this review. Most of the women are young with families and I don't want to do anything to hurt them but I do feel they were rude and somewhat incompetent. I've been to them probably 5-6 times in the last year or so. Except for one gal that I had once, they've all been what I would call quiet and rather standoffish. I went there because I could walk in. Anyway, last time I went there she didn't say a word to me other than how I wanted my cut. I told her like before, she snipped she didn't remember me although she had cut my hair 4 times, plus my grand daughter's 1ce in the last year. I had also told them on numerous times to make a note of it on their computer. Anyway after explaining as best I could because while it doesn't seem like a terribly complex cut, it must have been to them. She continued cutting without a word to me. In the end, she did a terrible job and when I said something, she got rude, then blamed it on colics. Funny how I'm 55 years old and she's the first to ever mention colics. I don't know what the heck I did to them. I have always tipped really well (40% when I figured it out) and yet was still treated rudely. I won't be going there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either!
Rude snooty bitches! Too busy getting there ice moca, than haircut comes second. Spraid water in my face twice! ! Next time I'll hire a snapper.
