I took my mother here for Mother's Day on Saturday. I ordered an Express Mani/Pedi for the both of us for $35.00 each. We were told that we could upgrade to Gel Nails for $10/each (according to the website it was only supposed to be $5/ea). We did that. I just got engaged and wanted my FIRST manicure to show off my ring. I told the lady doing my nails that I was self conscious of my nails because I bite them and that's why I have never had a manicure before. She gave me grief over my nails the entire time mocking them making me very uncomfortable but I laughed it off. She got the nail polish ALL OVER my skin. They looked TERRIBLE! Not to mention the fact they said that the gel would last for weeks and here it is 4 days later and the polish is off 3 of my fingers. Next, I got my pedicure (which I have done before elsewhere) and they didn't have a dryer for your nails and so I had to leave with wet nails and of course I wore socks and my toes are ruined. Most of that is off as well. My mother's gel polish is coming off too. Also, they only had about 10 colors of nail polish to choose from as well. I went to pay and was told it would be $130 instead of the $80 like the website suggested. They are giving my a refund for the $40 but it sucks that I had to shell out $130 for something as awful as the job I had done here. So not only did I get unbelievably sub-par service but it looks like I had nothing done at all. NOT WORTH A DIME.
