I went to the one in Monticello, I hate to rate it based on one person but I only dealt with one and she didnt listen to what I want she didnt talk to me.at all and when she was done with my and my daughters hair she said "is there anything else you want me to do or am I done" these were the only words.spoken during the whole experience besides me telling her what I wanted done my haircut was very uneven I had to have it fixed by someone else a.week later. My daughters hair she trimmed probably an 8th of an inch off the bottow even though I told her an inch off and to bring her layers way up. I noticed the other lady working there was very nice to her customer and seemed.very interested in what she wanted.
