Best nail salon south of the river! I started going to Bella Nails in January after many failed attempts at several other salons. For some reason my nails seem to lift quite easily and when they lift I start fussing with them and end up ripping them off. Kim, the woman that does my nails, has some sort of magic touch because they NEVER lift if she does them. I had a different woman at this salon do them and they still lifted even though I told her what seemed to be "Kim's Trick." Very sad to be moving out of state and not having Kim do my nails. Tan, the owner, is amazing as well. He learns names quickly and treats their clients with a great deal of respect and pampering. You are always pleasantly greeted and offered something to drink. They also have a punch card which gets you $5 off your 5th service. This salon is extremely customer focused and do a fantastic job - even when they're crazy busy. I HIGHLY recommend them to all of my friends. In fact, am taking 2 friends there this Saturday for pedicures.

I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. I didn't have high expectations. I just needed a little clean up. I had been growing my eyebrows for 7months and I like them to be thick. I SPECIFICALLY and REPEATEDLY asked the lady to just clean a few hairs...that I DID NOT like them thin. She agreed. Now, I have six hairs on each eyebrow. SIX. I can count them. This isn't normal. I hated it. I am NEVER going back. Their prices aren't ideal either. Please do your face a favor. Don't go.

I've been going to this salon for about 2 years now and have been at some pretty bad ones including getting nail fungus on my toes. With Tammy and her staff, My pink & white gel nails always look beautiful, I get a great pedicure, and they have long-term staff. Very relaxing! LG

I tried treating my wife to a day of beauty by giving her some nice nails. I should have saved my money and done them myself cause i guarantee that i could do a better job!!! They wouldn't fix or replace them and wanted to charge again for the same job they failed at the first time! Time to call the BBB, this is not a respectable business that stands behind their work.

I was not at all happy with my 2nd attempt to use this nail salon. I'm all about giving someone a 2nd chance and they failed in quality work. My acrylic fill is so sloppy, I can see original nail polish color, un-even fill, nails are different shape from one hand to the other. Not cleaned up underneath ...... :( what a disappointment and waist of 90min!
