Unlike the other reviews, I can't say I had a good experience or even an experience at all. I called for a haircut and highlight - I had purchased a Trubates coupon and the service was already paid for. It took her 2 days to get back to me to schedule something, which is a little longer than most stylists, but I figured she was solo, so I understood. Then, I needed to reschedule the appt. I called and left a message and never heard back from her. I called 5 days later and still have not heard back from her to this date. So, needless to say, I am not going to waste my time trying to call, when she refuses to return my messages. I am out of my $70 too. Talk about taking the money and running with it. This is not the "exceptional" service she claims to have.
