I've lived all over the country and have had pedicures all over the world. My parents live here in Prior Lake and these guys still are my favorite pedicure of anywhere I've ever been. The staff are clean, the pedicures last a long time, and they just have great artists.

It is nicely decorated, and the woman who did my pedicure did a nice job. However, be prepared for constant attempts to sell more services, which might just be typical for these places. The man who appears to be the manager is an awful person - terrible customer service! I won't get into specifics, but what a jerk! I read the reviews online before I went, and I figured I would try it even though I was skeptical. I definitely believe the bad reviews now. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of a business, but I so regret the money I spent there, and hope maybe this will save someone else the same experience.

Expect Major Up Sales! My daughter and her friend went in today, they both got asked for upgraded services. I knew this, as I had gone there one time and the girl said something that I could not understand, so I just smiled. She took that to mean a yes, to whatever the sentence was, and instead of getting a regular fill, I got a service that cost double the money. I thought they will leave teenagers alone. Instead, she insulted my daughters eyebrows and talked her into a eyebrow wax in additional to her pedicure. Place is nice, but the pushy upgrades and insults are not very professional.

This is by far my favorite nail salon. It's very well decorated, clean and modern. You feel like you're in an expensive salon. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make the customers happy. The price is great, and they do an awesome job. They offer several pedicure options too. They are so good, I trusted them to do my mani/pedi for my wedding.

I don't typically get my nails done but i walked into Enails today and was blown away by how modern, tranquil and nice the people are. The place looks like it's been fully remodeled. Super super nice! Prices are competitve but i felt it was money well spent. I thoroughly enjoyed the fancy massage chairs and sea salt bath. If your looking for a luxerious place yet affordable, Enails is the place to go. 5 stars!! I plan on bringing all my friends here!
