I live just down the block and Fantastic Sams is definitely the best and most convenient hair salon ever. I got my hair cut twice here and my husband comes here almost every month. He loves it & we especially love their prices. They are so affordable, it seriously is the best!
I recently went to Fantastic Sams for a color and cut and although I had a photo and was very descriptive in what I wanted, she totally hosed my hair. After spending almost $100, going back for a fix, which basically did nothing, I am extremely frustrated! The last thing I want to do is go back there ever again! Now I have to spend more money and time to fix this mess! Consider yourself warned!!!

I went there to get my hair cut, the entire time the woman would complain about my hair color, which at the time was green and black, telling me 'oh it covers up you pretty natural color' and 'please stop coloring it' and if that wasn't bad enough commented on the style I was getting in a negative way. This is not what I pay for, I pay for you to cut it the way I want, not your opinions. Also my friend who was waiting for me was being told his hair should be cut because one of the women thought it was too long.
Must see Mavash or Natalie. They take their time with you even on a busy day. They are very friendly and i highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for professional hairstylists.
