I have been taking myself and my five children to Great Clips for hair cuts for years. When Great Clips closed I was shocked and angry at the same time. I saw they had a sign on the door saying they moved across HWY 36.....so when my hair was due for a cut, I ventured over...VERY disappointed, none of the ladies who cut my hair or my kids' over the years worked there. One day I am going to get a "SUB" at Subway and I see the ladies who had been taking care of me & my family all these years, had opened their own shop, right next to the closed Great Clips. *BIG GRIN* I came back the next day to get a cut and Lori told me they "pooled their resources and savings together, to open their dream." Clearly they all have a passion and love for what they do and a genuine care for the people they serve. These ladies have taught me a great lesson about myself and small business ( I'm a lawn care company owner in Stillwater) : you can have a passion and love for what you do, and still make a living.....it reiterates why I started my own business.
This is a wonderful place to get your hair cut. I went to tanglez to get my hair cut a few times but it just wan't styling right. So I wanted to try something new. Phyllis is Amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and now I hardly have to do anything to my hair to make it look great.
