Good customer service, very friendly, asked my name and asked questions to get to know me, of course tried to up-sell me since all i wanted was a solid color nail paint. I got a mani and a pedi, i say it was just ok cause i was looking for something with a little more work in removing dead skin regarding the pedi, i still have some dead skin and rough areas on my feet. I probly could have gotten what i wanted with the spa pedi but that was $40 alone and i could go somewhere else to get what i want from other places including a mani for the same price or cheaper. Although it was nice as i got a much longer massage then i have at other places, and when i got the massage for the mani she didnt just go up to my elbow, she went all the way up to my shoulder, my nails do look good too. I recommend this place if your not like me and need someplace that knows how to get rid of very rough heels.
I've been going to Nail Service for manicure & pedicure on and off for years now. I love coming here. They're always friendly and take good care of my nails. They do a wonderful job on my nail shapes and nail designs. A major reason I love this place is how great they are with my 8 year old daughter. She loves getting her finger and toe nails painted. They do hand painted flowers and animals for her. They're super sweet and attentive when she visits. She's always so happy when she leaves the salon. I definitely recommend a visit to Ruby Nail Salon.
