It appears this salon has a new owner. She personally called to apologize for my previous experience and has gone above and beyond to make it up to me. I cannot speak to how well they do hair/makeup but I can say that the new owner has a real passion for her business and a great sense of customer service. In trying to make appointments for my wedding hair/makeup, the stylist never returned my calls/emails. On the day of our run through she no-showed for our appointment. After waiting in front of the closed salon for over 30 minutes and two unreturned phone calls, we went to another salon in town. We drove over 3 hours to get here for this appointment. Heard through the grapevine they were 'out partying' the night before. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Glad I found out BEFORE my wedding that they are so unreliable. She still hasn't returned my phone calls!
I just moved to the cities after living on the north shore for four years. I am trying to find someone who can color and cut my hair, and i CAN'T!!! I am now going to be driving from Minneapolis to Two Harbors to get my hair done. Erin is amazing; she truly understands color and i always get an amazing cut. And now Aveda products! Miss you guys.....
Zero stars!! Second time we have showed up for an appointment and the person(Erin) was not there! No phone call and the others at the shop found it to be funny!! Don't waste your time!
