Great Clips employees are just plain rude and judgment. If I needed their opinion on my hair, I would. They criticize on your hair and try desperately to persuade into buying their products because how 'bad and dry' your hair is. They give out their opinion freely, which would turn to self-esteem if someone took it seriously. They also publicly embarrass you, saying terrible things about your hair in front of people loudly or to other employees. I highly recommend not to go there, yes the price is cheap but the employees and appointment are rush and not even satisfying.
My last haircut at Great Clip was just plain bad. The employee rushed the haircut and did not do a good job at all. She did not seem interested in what I wanted, just in how quick she could get me out of there.
