Unfortunately I have made the mistake of visiting this salon multiple times to get a simple mens haircut. The ladies here cut men's hair as hastily and carelessly, then charge you $16 for their ten minutes of "work." I would advise all men to stay away from this salon and find a good barber.
My usual salon is not open on Monday's so I went to the Paragon to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. This was probably the most horrible experience I have ever had during a wax. I have heard that waxing can cause some bleeding at times but I have never actually had this happen to me. Not only did the girl cause me to bleed, she didn't get the wax hot enough the first time and kept asking me if it felt hot enough. How am I supposed to know? Aren't you the one that went to cosmetology school??? I should have asked for someone else the moment I noticed her hands were shaking from nerves but I felt bad and reminded myself that some people just get nervous easily. Apparently they will hire anyone at the Paragon. Anyways, she had to re-do a large portion of it because the wax wasn't hot enough the first time and then after examinging her work, she had gotten them completely uneven!!! I will never go back for waxing or any other service from Paragon again and I suggest you don't either.
The ladies here always spend a few minutes consulting with the customer to makes sure that they're on the same page. They always make sure that you have a good time while getting a quality hair cut. The prices are a bit steep but the results are worth it.
I have been here 2 times and will never go back. They don't really talk to their clients. and when you ask for a simple trim they seem to want to style your hair...... Avoid ladies.
