My first trip here I was seen by Kelly and she did a great job on my hair. Even though the hair style with dye and cut cost my $120 I was happy enough with it, I wanted to go back! Kelly wasn't there when I called, so I told the woman I didn't mind using someone else and it didn't matter with who. She assured me she would call me back as soon as she finished the person's hair because she needed to look at her book to make me an appointment. She took my name and number. She never did call back. I went to Fantastic Sams and had the same cut redon and redyed. It cost my $40 for the touch up dye and trim. I also found out that if they had been the original ones to do the cut and dye the first time.. it would have only cost me $60
