I went to this salon to get a spiral perm & the owner kept saying how much work this was going to be. Another client asked what a spiral perm was and the beautician doing her hair replied "you know all curly & kinky like the way they used to wear it several years ago". then when the owner asked another beautician if she would like to do it, she shook her head no. REALLY?! I walk in ready to drop over $100 & it's too much work?! then you downgrade the hairdo that I prefer?! Bad business practice....or mere stupidity? I think someone needs a new attitude!
