This was the worst experience by far I have experienced in getting my haircut. The salon is dirty, unprofessional, and cluttered. The lady was on the phone when I walked in and did not greet me or direct me to a place to sit. The ladies own personal appearance says alot about them also. I should have walked out once I walked in and looked around, but needed a haircut and was dropped off there so I decided to risk it, BIG MISTAKE. My haircut is uneven and choppy, with shelves. Also, Sybil had snags in her fingernails and as she shampooed me my hair was catching in her nails and snapping. It was terrible. I have actually lost some sleep after this haircut. I have never felt worse about the overal experience.
