This place is AWFUL! I'm never going back the woman fixing my boyfriends hair was disrespectful and messed it up. It's sad she didn't even have the respect to let us know her mess up she better be glad he didn't see it until he was out of their store. People don't go here until they grown up and get people who work and know what being a hairstylist is.

My family had a horrible experience at this establishment. The stylists weren’t friendly and made no attempts to make us feel welcome. Neither of the two ladies working ladies working introduced themselves, nor did we get a smile during the entire time we were there. After asking my son how he wanted his hair the stylist spoke not another word to him during the rest of his experience. He had hair all over his face, neck, and ears. I had to ask her to clean him up before we left. His stylist made unsavory comments about a young lady who came in for a job interview to a man (employee?) sitting across the room, and we were sitting right there getting our services. She bad mouthed a former business at the other end of the mall to me during my service. I was really appalled that this young lady was so unprofessional. My shampoo was a very quick, and not thorough. Her hands barely touched the back of my scalp. She informed me that I had “real bad dandruff”, and that a scalp treatment could help. No problem, because I like to know about my issues and how to fix them. Other than that she made no attempt to tell me about a specific brand of product to help me. I DO buy product, but I was so turned off by her behavior I doubt it would have helped. She blew my hair dry, but only used a round brush to dry the top. She used her hands to dry the underneath, not a round brush which would have smoothed out my naturally curly hair underneath. It was still wet underneath when I drove home. My daughter had her hair cut by a different stylist. She asked for an inch off and it was cut way too short. She also cut her bangs to part on the wrong side! JEEZE! I could almost have let the quality of the below average services ride, if the attitudes hadn’t also been very poor. It wasn’t just us. Others waiting for services, and people who stopped in to buy product were treated with the same lack luster mannerisms. I will not go to this establishment again, and advise others of the sub-par experience that awaits them if they dare. Note to staff: YOU SERVE OTHERS, SO HOW ABOUT MAKING PEOPLE FEEL WELCOME. MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE IT’S A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEIR BUSINESS, AND GIVE US OUR MONEY'S WORTH!

I went there and found out others I know have, after just moving here. I wished I was warned before I went. We all got guys short hair cuts and the ladies where horrible at it. They cut uneven on each sides and on top, missed many spots, other and didn't even shave our necks and missed around the ears. Also, left patches of hair on our neck. My hair, I had a piece of hair that was double the length on my side. Don't know how in the heck she didn't see that, but of course she didn't see the other numerous mistakes. The manager admitted to a friend that the stylist where just out of school and worked on mannequins or older ladies. Now I drive to Sain's Barbershop in Morganton NC. They are awesome there. No lie and I don't work for them or a personal relationship. They have 6 chairs and never mess up. I will drive 35 mins each time now.
