I am a low maintenance kind of woman so I only recently started getting short acrylics and gel polish. I had taken a liking to my tech and went back for the forth time. She accidentally drilled across my nail bed. It didn't hurt much but it did bleed a little. She put what may have been an antiseptic on it as it burned a little.I asked for an incident report just in case something happened to my finger. i.e. fungus, infection, etc. The place went into a mini uproar.The best I could get was a signed and dated receipt from the owner/manager. She then said from now on I will do your nails because you scared all of my girls. What?! No, I won't be back.

I have gone here and had excellent service for about four years now! I can never see myself going to another place. All of the girls are friendly and welcoming, and work they do is beautiful. The eyebrow waxes are phenominal, they give nice pedicures and the gel nails always turn out amazing. The owner, Tina is who I always request for my nails, as I love her work and she is a nice person to talk to; however all of the girls are very good. All in all, I would recommend this salon to anyone in the area, I have nothing negative to say.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I love it.. I had Jenny and she was just great. She did a full gel set and my eyebrows , which she made look so great since my eyebrows grow in so weird.. I will be returning ...

My experience here was the worst! My daughter even had to remove her own nail polish. So much more happened I don't even feel like typing it....SMH the other reviews must be fake

Went to Capital Nails for the first time a few months ago, and have been going every 2 weeks since. Now I can't imagine anyone but Tina doing my nails! I'm a chronic nail-biter, but Tina always makes my nails look beautiful!! Also, my fiancée, sister-in-law and I go every couple of weeks for pedicures - the entire staff is incredibly nice and do very impressive work! Mindy, Jenny and Christine are all awesome! I bring everyone I can to go get pedicures and know exactly where I'm going when we need to get our nails/toes done for my wedding next September! :)
