They have the friendliest staff in town and they also have amazing memories! If you see them even one time then they will always remember your name and say hi to you wherever you run into them. Such a family friendly environment to be in. They are usually pretty busy, but only because they are so good! Highly recommend this. The others in town are so stuffy and would only remember your name if you came in to pay them daily for their overpriced nail sets. London nails know what their doing and are always super friendly.
