I just had my hair cut there today. Once I had left I almost cried because of how horrible my hair looked. The hairdresser was done in under five minutes, having cut a little bit off but done nothing that I had asked. I then asked her to shorten the layers a little bit, and she did, but she made them extremely boxy and uneven. I have angled chunks of hair missing with long pieces sticking out in awkward places. I watched my hair get ruined in horror as she went faster and faster, glancing toward the front area repetitively. When she again said that she was done, I indicated some of the scraggly, boxy chunks on the right side and said that I would have a hard time managing that area because I'm not very good at styling so I was hoping she could even it out and soften it up a little. She said, "I really don't have any idea what you are talking about.. like, I just don't understand you at all." The ladies in there who talked to me were rude and condescending, I was left sitting for fifteen minutes while the hairdresser went off and did unknown things in other parts of the store, and this is literally the worst haircut I've ever had. Not worth thirty dollars.
