T.V. was loud the entire time, not a relaxing atmosphere. Showed her a design and was not done right, than my nails were smudged and missing paint in certain spots..so I told her, she fixed it (kinda). Later that same morning, I took a shower and my shellac started peeling off and smudging again! So I went in to have it re-done and she was very accusatory and rude, talked on the phone the entire time, was rude to a lady that was trying to help her in front of customers. She seemed very rushed the entire time. A customer came in while I was getting my nails done, and immediately she seemed very rushed. She told the customer she would be right with her, even though she had just started on my Shellac nails. The customer waited 30 minutes, even though she told her she would get right in. She also told me different pricing, first 25$ than 30$ than 35$. hhmm Overall, very displeased. Would not recommend.
