What's not to love about Cassandra's? Everyone is very friendly, extremely polite and as helpful as they can be. Although Cassandra's is high end and very professional, you are made to feel welcome and like part of the family. I have tried many of their services and have never been disappointed. The quality of everything they offer is done way above any other place I've ever been. The men and women of Cassandra's certainly keep me coming back time and time again. Trust me, you will truly enjoy anything you make an appointment for from the vast array of services to choose from. Trying to find the perfect gift for someone? This is my go to place to buy a gift certificate and have always been thanked many times over by the people I give them to. I would give 10 stars if I could!

If it was just for waxes and spa services (i.e. massage and facials) i would give it a 5. I love my girl Jillian who does my waxes and facials. Ive had great massages and Chris is the best makeup person. For hair i have been to many different stylists and haven't been impressed with any of them really. I have had some not good make ups done (ones that chris didn't do). Because of those reasons my rating is a 3. appointments are never on time but i find that is the case in many salons. go for spa stuff, find some where else for hair.

I went here for the first time today because I want my hair a little shorter and I wanted layers which from experience with bad hairdressers could be screwed up easily. I went on google and looked up reviews for places close to me Cassandra popped up so I decided I'd check it out. I was almost turned away by the price which were high than I expected but the experience of the stylist and the facility's environment makes it well worth it my hair looks best ever!

I have been to Cassandra Salon & Spa twice now for lash tinting and eyebrow maintenance and I am hooked. Everyone is so nice, the salon is gorgeous and comfortable, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Before I moved up here, the same girl had been doing my lashes for years and I was devastated to leave her. But after just two sessions with Jillian, I can honestly say I've never had such a pleasant lash tinting experience. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for hi-end services without the trip to Boston or New York, this is the place to go. I've had everything from haircuts to Eyelash Extensions. Each experience was equivalent to the same service I've had in Boston or New York. Everyone was very warm and professional.
